Request account deletion
A verified request starts a review of your Learn2Plus account and associated data. We target completion within 7 days, but some requests require manual review. Submitting this form does not immediately erase information or sign you out.
What the request covers
Your account, profile, problem memberships, private outcomes, experiences, saved problems, reports, notifications, business profiles and other account-linked product data will be reviewed for deletion or anonymization.
Public content may need to be removed, anonymized or retained in limited form to protect other users and preserve the integrity of moderation decisions.
What may be retained
Limited security, fraud-prevention, moderation, legal or backup records may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required. Business ownership and unresolved legacy data can require manual review before processing. Support will explain material retention that applies to your request. Payments and advertising are currently inactive on the problem network.
Identity verification
The signed-in form uses your authenticated account. If you cannot sign in, email support@learn2plus.com from your registered address. Never send a password or one-time code.
