Who this policy covers

Learn2Plus is a global problem, demand and solution network operated by the team responsible for Learn2Plus. This policy explains how the current service handles information. We do not sell personal information.

Information you provide

When you create an account, our authentication provider processes your email address, password credentials and verification information. Your account may also contain a display name and profile settings.

You may submit problems, needs, wishes or ideas; join a problem; describe a desired outcome; share an experience; save a problem; file a report; or receive an in-app notification. Business users may create a business profile and submit solution information. Public problems, approved experiences, active business profiles and approved solutions can be seen by other people. Pending submissions, reports and account-specific notifications are restricted by account and moderation permissions.

Location information

If you choose to provide a country, state or region, or city when joining a problem, we use it to show genuine demand by market. We do not infer participation in places where nobody has joined. Do not include a precise home address in public content.

Usage and device information

First-party acquisition analytics

We store a random browser identifier and limited source or campaign labels in local storage to understand how people find and begin using Learn2Plus. We record basic milestones such as a visit or signup start. After registration, the identifier is no longer anonymous because it may be linked to the new account for conversion measurement. We also use session storage to remember an action you asked to continue after authentication. Theme preferences and limited interface state may be stored in your browser.

We do not use advertising fingerprinting and do not put raw learning prompts, interview answers, problem text, passwords, precise location or unnecessary IP-history data into acquisition analytics.

Our hosting, database and authentication providers may process network and security information such as IP address, device or browser details, timestamps and request logs to deliver and protect the service. Learn2Plus does not currently use third-party behavioral advertising on the problem network.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, publish and organize approved content, prevent duplicate demand, maintain accurate member counts, show relevant opportunities and solutions, deliver notifications, moderate reports, prevent abuse, provide support, understand basic product usage and protect the service.

Service providers and international processing

We use managed providers for hosting, database, authentication, email delivery and operational security. These providers process information needed to deliver their services and may operate in countries other than yours. The current problem network does not send problem or experience text to an AI provider, and payments and advertising are inactive. If those practices change, this policy will be updated before the new processing is relied on.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and product information while your account is active and as needed to operate the service, resolve reports, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Moderated or security records may be retained for a limited period when deletion would undermine safety, dispute handling or a legal requirement. Retention periods still need a documented operational schedule.

You can make an authenticated deletion request from the Account & Data Deletion page. If you cannot sign in, follow the identity-verification instructions on that page. A request is reviewed before destructive action so one person cannot delete another person's account.

Your choices and rights

You can choose what to publish, update supported profile information, leave optional location fields blank, save or unsave problems, and request access, correction or deletion through support. Privacy rights vary by location; contact us and we will respond according to applicable requirements.

Security

We use encrypted transport, managed authentication, access controls and database row-level permissions. No online service can promise absolute security. Never send passwords, one-time codes, card details or API keys to support.

Children

Learn2Plus is not intended for children under 13. People below the minimum age required to consent to an online service in their country should use Learn2Plus only with valid parent or guardian involvement where permitted.

Changes and contact
