This is the privacy policy for Learn2Plus AI, maintained by Learn2Plus AI to answer common privacy questions about the product.

Data we collect: account information you provide (email, name), learning preferences, chat content, usage logs, and technical device information required to operate the service.

How we use it: to power your learning experience, personalize explanations, track progress, provide credits, and improve the product.

First-party acquisition analytics: we may use a random browser identifier, a bounded source or campaign label, and signup or activation milestones to understand how people find and begin using Learn2Plus. After registration, the record may be linked to the account identifier for aggregate conversion measurement, so it is no longer anonymous. We do not use advertising fingerprinting or collect raw learning prompts, resume or job description content, interview answers, or unnecessary IP-history data for this purpose.

Storage: your data is stored securely on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level security.

Your rights: you can request export or deletion of your account and data through the in-app account controls or the public account deletion page.

Service providers: we use service providers to operate the product, including cloud/database infrastructure, AI model providers, hosting, and payment processing. They receive only the information needed to provide those services under their applicable terms and privacy practices. We do not sell your personal data.

Payments: web payment details are processed by Razorpay. Android digital purchases, when enabled, are processed by Google Play. Learn2Plus stores transaction or subscription identifiers and billing status needed to activate and manage purchases; it does not store your full card details.
